About
I just want to say that the review that I'm posting says everything everything that needs to be said about this little powerful coffee grinder. I have seven coffee grinders getting returned junk. I think for $42 with the discount you can't go wrong I may buy a second testing one more out on Thursday and we'll know.1. It performs well and feels solid and ergonomic in the hand. Grinding is slowish but steady without too much noise. The burr mechanism itself is stainless steel as opposed to plastic
We finally upgraded to this fantastic coffee grinder that fit our needs. Our old cheap one could not grind well, wasting a lot of coffee. Loved the compact design, strong but quiet motor and ease of cleaning. With just a few seconds you get great results.
This is my first and only french press, but from what I've experienced, it' been awesome. This of course gives the delicious coffee you'd expect, but the key factor for this thing is the build quality. It' super solid, from the container to the press pieces. Everything fits and works really well and gives the impression that it will continueto do so. After reading how the colors chip over time, I went with the stainless steel and am so glad I did. It looks great and should continue to do so.
This is a great little grinder. Works well and easy to handle. Its pretty quiet as grinders go. It does a great job. Its exactly what I needed!
I bought this grinder to replace a Krups I had for years and THOUGHT I had one of the best ... until I bought this one and started using it. It is THE best grinder (or at least one of the best) for coffee, nuts, and spices hands down. Not only does it work exactly the way it is supposed to, it is most convenient and SUPER EASY PEASY to clean because of the removable stainless steel cup. I LOVE this feature! It not only makes it easy to clean, but it makes it more convenient to place grinded prod
Love that although all grinders are noisy, this one is quieter than most. Also lets you perfectly dial in your grind and no mess from static electricity causing grounds to go everywhere like with some grinders.
This is my first time using a coffee press. I was a drip coffeemaker, user prior. However, I have cut back on my coffee consumption, to weekends, one or two cups. (Coffee provided at work, durning work week). It is so easy to use, saves on coffee filters, makes the perfect amount, and the flavor is so much better then drip. As well, it is well crafted and looks good, sitting out on counter.Very happy with purchase!
The Utopia Kitchen 34 Ounce French Press Espresso and Tea Maker is a versatile and reliable brewing tool that delivers rich and flavorful coffee and tea. With its user-friendly design and excellent performance, it has become an essential part of my daily routine.First and foremost, the capacity of this French Press is perfect for brewing multiple cups of coffee or tea. The 34-ounce size allows me to prepare a generous amount, making it ideal for sharing with friends or enjoying multiple servings
If you are a coffee lover, and have never pressed your own, you really owe it to yourself to try this out. I was curious as to why the coffee I made at home taste SO GROSS compared to what they offered at the coffee shops. After seeing Alton Brown' Good Eats: True Brew episode, I decided to take the plunge and made the switch from an automatic drip. I was astounded at the rich, bold, complex, and yet not bitter taste I was able to produce at home.Another great thing about a french press which r
Ive used Mueller 20 oz Stainless Steel French press for the last week and Ive been very pleased with this product and the coffee it produces. Dollar for dollar, when paired with a good burr grinder, I dont know that Ill find a better way to make a great cup of coffee!I use the OXO Burr Conical Coffee Grinder set at 14 grind setting (coarse) and Peets Major Dickinson whole bean coffee and grind three level coffee scoops of beans for about 12 seconds to produce the grounds. After placing grou
I recently purchased the Cafe Fill Value Pack by Perfect Pod, and I must say, it has completely transformed my coffee experience! As an avid coffee lover and someone who cares deeply about the environment, these reusable K Cup coffee pod filters have become an essential part of my daily routine.First and foremost, the quality of the Cafe Fill filters is outstanding. Made from durable materials, they are built to last and withstand multiple uses without any compromise in performance. The filters
I love this thing. My drip brewer has been making my coffee taste off lately, even after descaling, and I wanted to give a french press a try (I've tried several other funky devices yet never had a french press somehow). I got this due to the larger size and affordable price, and it brews great coffee. Sometimes with coffee machines, you kind of miss out on the "process" of making coffee - the aroma, watching the grounds bloom, stirring the "slurry." This press says Enjoy Slow Living on the side
Easy to use
Amazing product that gives amazing coffee! Worth the extra time for an amazing cup of coffee! Also has been used to make herbal tea- makes better tea as it is able to squeeze so much more out of the herbs. But the coffee from this is amazing! Easy to clean and easy to use once you get the hang of it!
This has always been my favorite coffee! The taste and aroma = wonderful!Amazon' price is reasonable as well.
We've completely switched from espresso to cold press coffee (LOVE IT!), and at first my hubby bought two pitchers (because we do a decaf and a full caff version) that were supposedly specifically for cold press & that worked okay. The "Bean Envy Cold Brew Coffee Maker - 32 oz" (sorry - Amazon doesn't offer live links in the reviews anymore, but look it up with those words) However, there was a lot of grit in the bottom of the carafe each time. After seeing what those "specifically for cold pres
I had the pleasure of trying Victor Allen' Coffee Hazelnut Flavored, Medium Roast, 80 Count, Single Serve Coffee Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I brewed my first cup, the rich aroma of hazelnut filled the room, creating an inviting atmosphere. But the real magic happened when I took that first sip. The medium roast coffee was perfectly balanced, not too strong and not too mild, just the way I like it. The hazelnut flavor added a swe
I love coffee, and I only use a French press at home. I like being able to control brewing time, and French presses are better for that than drip machines and those k-cup jawns. After breaking my 3rd glass French press, I decided to make the leap to stainless steel. This was a great buy at a reasonable price (I did get mine on sale, but the normal price is still a fair price). Keeps coffee warm, has great volume (which is good if you're like me and drink too much coffee), and is super easy to cl
I typically use a large French press to make my coffee but sometimes I need an extra cup. This is the perfect little size and its so cute! Great product. It came with an extra filter which is helpful for when it needs replaced
Boyds coffee is great. There are 12 pods in a box most other brands have 10 only. Pods are biodegradable and are mesh so water is able to filter through all coffee grounds thoroughly
I recently purchased the KNODOS Coffee Bean Dosing Cup and Spray Bottle Set, and I must say, it' been an invaluable addition to my coffee-making routine. The set is both functional and elegantly designed, featuring a ceramic dosing vessel for weighing coffee beans and a spray bottle for static reduction. The ceramic cup effortlessly blends style with utility, enabling precise weighing and dosing for both filter and espresso coffee. With a capacity of over 25 grams, it' versatile enough to accom
Super happy with purchase. Have been using for a month now without issues. Feels high quality
The Amazon page where this item is at shows a black color not a grey color item. Though this might be a new item it was poorly QA before it was shipped out. Just know you are not buying a black color item but a dark grey.12/21/23 UPDATELet me start by saying I may of possibly graded this item unjust and even though in my original post I did state this was a good product it was just unfortunate that the color was not what was stated on the original page. This now has been corrected and when I get
I like it for my machine cause it clumps up the espresso grinds so it makes it more fine and better distribution of the grinds
I have been using a hand tamper for many years and have a good idea of the pressure I am applying to the grounds in the portafilter. I honestly considered spring tampers to be a bit silly. But this tamper really does take the guess-work out of pressing the coffee grounds. The shroud helps guide the press so that pressure is applied even and flat across the surface. With the manual tamper, there will be some play when pressing, or some unevenness in pressure. This is especially true when cranking
I have the Breville Dose Control Pro and it spits grounds everywhere when I use the default portafilter holder. Instead, now I put this funnel on top of my portafilter, which fits perfectly, and I set the portafilter on the grinder tray and it catches all the grounds. The funnel is heavyweight so it sits nicely on top of the basket while you're moving around from scale, to grinder, to tamp mat.
I've had this a couple of days and it' really nice. It' wooden handle is very comfortable. The tamper seems well built. I have several tampers including a V4 and this one is as good or better than the others. I really like the feedback. The only thing is it could have a tighter fitting tolerance. After tamping there is a little residual around the edges. I found a slight turn before activating helps a lot. I'm still learning how to use it, but it works very well already. I'm using it with an I
The product is great if you are looking for a way to level up your coffee dosing game and add that little bit of water coating to help with your grinding experience. The bowl is very nice, and the sprayer evenly disburses the water over the beans. So, the product does what it is supposed to and does it well. At almost $20 the price could be a little lower, but it' also not a horrible price.4 stars are deserved. It would have been 5 stars if the pricing would have been perfect.
In the new year I decided to start weighing my espresso beans and this dosing cup makes it very easy to get the coffee from grinder to portafilter. The interior is stainless steel, easy to clean and ground coffee doesn't seem to stick to it. The black exterior is very low key and fits in well with my espresso setup. The dosing cup has a lip on the top, so the inverted portafilter fits neatly over it. Glad I bought this!
I love having these in the pantry. Easy to reach for when I need a pick me up. Convenient to take on the go also.
I have a friend from South Africa who told be about this product. She said the best results are from using a moka pot which I also bought (Grosche). The taste is excellent, especially with some frothed milk and a little honey. I recently made some using a Chemex and it was still pretty good, but it lost some of the robust flavor that you get from the moka pot. It' a little pricey, but if you decide you like it, buying a couple of packages drops the cost. The other benefit is that it' decaffein
I bought this because Ive been wasting a lot of coffee. This is perfect. I love it.
Let me start by saying that this coffee is absolutely delicious! This really is the perfect coffee. I use 2 TBSP of grounds to brew a 6-8 oz cup or 4 oz shot for my lattes.I really wanted to know just how much of a value I was getting by switching to the bag of grounds from K-Cups. For anyone else wondering, I decided to go full nerd, whipped out my grams scale and did some coffee math. Here' everything you need to know about the Verona Coffee:One 28 oz bag = 793.87 grams1 TBSP of grounds = 4.3
I've tried many ground espressos, but this is by far my favorite. The taste is amazing and works well with any milk or sweetener. Extremely good quality and texture for the price.
Worked wonders for my machine. I descaled my nespresso machine regularly, but my coffee was starting to come out bitter. After doing some research, realized I also needed to be cleaning it to get all of the oils off, not just descaling it. After descaling my machine, I used 2-3 of these pods in a row to get out a few years of oil build up, and SO much gunk came out. Changed the taste completely, not longer get bitter coffee. I now use a cleaning pod every time I descale, occasionally more often
These tablets work super on both ceramic or metallic cups and coffee pots. They are simple to use and clean in a short time.
Couldn't be easier to use: follow the instructions, add to the water, run it several times--I think it only calls for once, but I do it a few times, just to make sure there' no residue--and Bob' your uncle. I like the way the water tastes after I've used this, what more can I add 5 stars.
Works well and is easy to use.
**My Review of Urnex Grindz Professional Coffee Grinder Cleaning Tablets**I recently tried out the Urnex Grindz Professional Coffee Grinder Cleaning Tablets, and I must say, they're a must-have for any coffee enthusiast. Cleaning coffee grinders can be a bit of a hassle, but these tablets make it incredibly easy and efficient. The first thing I loved about Grindz is how simple they are to use. Just drop a tablet into the grinder, run it as if you're grinding coffee, and voila C it cleans out old
The cleanser loosened up the coffee stains almost instantly, and the brush supplied the abrasiveness needed to get them out. Sorry I don't have the "before" photo, but these stains had resisted other efforts.
Urnex Grindz Professional Coffee Grinder Cleaning Tablets is one of those products you want to share with everyone you know that has a coffee grinder. It is an exceptional product and does an outstanding job of keeping your grinder clean.I had a gourmet coffee store and in a commercial setting I used Urnex products. They make many products to help you keep your coffee equipment clean which in turn extends the life of the machinery and makes a better tasting cup of coffee. It gives you better per
The end result is a nicely tamped coffee puck that will not drop out of your holder if you turn the holder upside down; not that youd do this other than testing. You twist the holder to determine how far down the tamper will go. It has graduated markings so you can be consistent. There is not a manual which would have been nice to have; maybe they have an online manual, not sure. I find number 7 is a good spot but I continue to test. This is a sturdy tamper with a good weight (356g). It is spri
The bottle is a little smaller than expected but it works very well
After 18 years with a Krupp grinder and only 2 years with its replacement, I decided to chuck the oval design and take a chance with a round grinder. This little beauty is well engineered. I use it to powder my ground coffee for pour-over brewing and could not be more pleased with how clean and easy it is compared to the old German style of Chinese appliance production. The materials and execution used in the COSORI are excellent. As nearly as I can figure, the nicely molded plastic is linear poly
Good at getting a fine grind for expresso!!
Unbelievable! I had been using a grinder with a blade that spins around, not a burr grinder. This grinder makes my espresso taste twice as good! I'm not kidding. I was very surprised. It is a great little machine. (Well, I've only had it for a day and four espressos.) It has great features. And you feel like a professional, inserting the portafilter and having grounds dispensed into it in the portion size and grind that you chose. So much easier than what I was doing before. And soooo much bette
I personally think this grinder is a great place to start in your coffee journey. It' efficient, has low retention, easy to operate, is pretty quite, and has a small footprint. It can grind more than fine enough for espresso; you can choke the machine with it' finest grind size. You can make incremental changes to adjust the flavor profile of your coffee with ease. The Beanie app helps with adjustments.I really have enjoyed mine for pour-overs and espresso. Not sure why you'd spend more than th
Packaging was nice, though the first one I received didn't come with the espresso filter attachment. I reached out to the seller and company via email, and neither were unable to provide the adapter. A return took care of the problem, and I'm glad to see it was likely just a one off issue. Okay, now that is out of the way, let' get to the grinder itself. Everything seems like a solid build quality, the burrs themselves look nice, and the clicking feedback when adjusting is oddly satisfying.Like
I asked my old, trusty but frugal grinder that I used for cold brew and pour over to do espresso grind, which it did serviceably for several months. However, it was at its finest setting, and now due to wear, can't grind as find as I need and my recent pulls frankly, sucked.I'm still faring-in my espresso pulls, so while waiting for the Baratza I have my eyes on to go on sale (it' a pretty $), I purchased this SHARDOR to make sure and rule out that the grind was throwing my pulls off. This wa
If you don't want to read my full review, skip to the "***" section below. This grinder is outstanding! I was searching for an inexpensive grinder, specifically for espresso, as I knew it was possible to acquire one that could grind just as well as a $200 unit. I came to this conclusion as I have a wonderful manual conical burr grinder made by Hario that grinded beans unbelievably consistent and it cost less than $40. The only problem, of course, is it is manual and not conducive to a fast and e
Used grinder for about a month now. Still great value. BUT - couple things1) the removable plastic bin which holds the grinds can be shaken lose during operation causing a bit of a mess2) you MUST clean this thing. A brush is provided which does ok on the top removable section. But the lower section is difficult to adequately clean with the brushI bought a couple cans of that keyboard spray stuff to blow out the residual coffee grinds out of both parts - using the brush as step one, spray c
As someone who revels in the art of coffee-making, I couldn't resist adding the 1Zpresso J-Ultra Manual Coffee Grinder in Iron Gray to my collection, especially for travel purposes. My initial intent was to pair it with my OutIn Nano portable espresso machine for those on-the-go moments. However, what I didn't anticipate was how the J-Ultra would transform my home brewing experience, challenging the reign of my beloved Niche Zero grinder.**Build Quality and Design:**The craftsmanship of the J-Ul
Works great. Just like it is supposed to. Thank you!
The design is elegant and the grinding is satisfactory, the whole unit feels well build and easy to use
Purchased these as a replacement for the burrs on my Mazzer mini docerless. These are a straight OEM fit just a more aggressive burr which translates into much faster grinding and way less clumping. Couldnt be happier with the upgrade. Wished I had done it years ago
I just bought this coffee grinder, and I'm really happy with how it works. The grinder feels really sturdy and well-made. It' easy to use and clean. I had no trouble figuring out how to set it up. This grinder is a perfect gift for coffee lovers, even if they haven't used a manual one before. It quickly becomes something you enjoy doing as part of your coffee routine. It' totally worth every penny!!!!
Very pretty and functional upgrade for my Eureka mignon facile. Gives myself a number for each coffee bean. Also gives the grinder a more premium feel. Install only takes about a minute, but you will have to re calibrate the 0 point on your grinder whenever you clean your grinder now. Also, youll have to dial in your beans when you first install this. Nate answers all questions right away. For that, and the high quality, I will give it a 5. In regards to the aluminum. I dont doubt it is alumin
This is such a great grinder. For the price, which is at the lowest end of acceptable manual grinders, it is a very good grinder. It feels very pleasant to grind, it grinds quickly, and it is easy to use. It is very solid, its previous version had a little issue with the top cover which is now fixed, and the rubber grip ring can slide up or down so its easy to hold on to however you hold it. My only two gripes about this grinder which is most likely also the case for a lot of other grinders as w
Very good design and build quality. Burr bearings and rotation is very smooth. Love the handle and feeling of the catch cup. Love the external adjustment with visible rotation tracking. Instructions to remove burr shaft could be a little better. You need to push up on the burr shaft to compress the spring which allows the clip to be removed. Very happy made delicious medium roast espresso at 30 clicks.
I bought this coffee grinder after moving cities for a new job. I used to work as a barista, so I often bring the coffee I make to network with my peers ("coffee chats").The grinder has truly exceeded my expectations. From its sturdy construction to its exceptional performance, it has become an indispensable part of networking in the office. This grinder is remarkably easy to use, allowing me to effortlessly achieve the perfect grind size for my preferred brewing method. This grinder impresses e
I bought the TIMEMORE Chestnut C3 Pro during a brief sale/discount period for $71.20. At this price it was the same as the sale on their C2 Fold model and the reviews I watched only put the C3 slightly ahead (the C2 can grind faster with the previous set of burrs so it had some trade-offs between the two). So, at that price, it seems to be fantastic! As I write this review it is at $89.99... and I think that probably makes a comparative view against other grinders a good idea. I like the grinder,
This is a small grinder. Suitable for grinding enough coffee for about 5 cups (not mugs). Speed of operation is acceptable not fast but certainly not slow, it is a burr grinder after all. The unit seems to be very well made. A little tricky getting it open the first few times to load the coffee beans but gets easier over time. The grind adjustment is very fine so it has to be rotated more than you would think to for an appreciable change in grind coarseness. Battery life has not been a problem.
We were so happy with the quality of everything when we opened the package. From the aesthetic packaging to the durable travel case and sleekness of the grinder design we are so happy with our purchase. Aside from quality and looks this thing works so well! Compact and efficient. This will now be our go to coffee grinder!
As you are grinding your coffee, beans do get stuck in the bottom of the well and the handle is turning freely. All you have to do, flip the the coffee grinder upside down every time it stops working to release the stuck beans until you finish grinding your coffee. I love the 2 containers where you grind directly into them. You can have ground coffee for 2 days. Easy to assemble. The handle is very sturdy and ergonomic.
Some notes about my specific needs:- I have MCAS/food allergies which means my allergy-safe foods are expensive and can sometimes go out of availability so I don't share them, and I need dedicated equipment for many things to avoid cross-contamination with anything other people in my house can eat that I can't.- I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) which causes fragile skin, hypermobile and easily damaged joints, and puts me at high risk of repetitive stress injury, so ergonomics are very, very i
Good at getting a fine grind for expresso!!
Finding the perfect espresso grinder that delivers a flawless shot is no easy task, but the Baratza Sette 270 Conical Burr Coffee Grinder has definitely won me over. I brew using a Breville. As a novice coffee enthusiast, I know that a good espresso shot represents the pinnacle of coffee making, and this grinder has truly elevated my coffee experience. I've turned into a coffee snob, while still trying to perfect my pulls, and enjoying every try.First and foremost, the Baratza Sette 270 Conical
This is a great grinder. It' a bit pricey, but not for what you get. Coffee made with this has great clarity, a term I really didn't understand until I got this. It' built like a tank. You can grind without the bellows attached, the anti-popcorn device works very well. The cup is heavy and feels high end. You can pay less, but you'll get less.
This does exactly what it says. Grinds your beans just like a hand crank grinder. I did not have any extra counter space so the small size was a necessity. I use this daily, and get about 5-6 grinds before the lights start flashing pink to let you know to charge it. That' quite acceptable considering how much mechanical work the little guy is doing. It will not do Expresso grind, the space between the grind pieces is to open for that at the finest setting, but it' perfect for pour over and dri
I bought this exact model 30 years ago and it finally gave out. There is a reason this model has not been discontinued. It is affordable, it works, and it lasts!
I love this coffee grinder! Sturdy, simple to use and yields enough coffee that lasts the right amount of time to retain the freshness. Takes about 20-25 seconds to grind up what I need. Comes with a little brush to clean the excess so there is minimal waste. Very easy to clean.
- This machine is elegant and seems stronger than most of similar price range.- The metal finish is nice. The description says its body is made of cast metal, note that much of it is actually plastic. It would be too heavy otherwise and it does not seem to impact its function or durability.- At first I thought it was too large but it actually looks just right next to a coffee maker and espresso machine.- The top container where you put the coffee beans, seems to be made of cheap plastic and look
This was a gift. He says it makes great coffee! He likes that it has a bold button also, and his commuter mug fits under it. He has it at his desk at work. Small footprint, great machine.

Been using French Press for many years and needed a replacement. This Press is excellent. It makes really great coffee. It is built very sturdy. It has measurement marks on it, replacement filters, cleans easily, included cleaning sponge, long-handled spoon all at a great price. Highly recommend this French Press.
The Rae Dunn Glass French Press - COFFEE - Premium Coffee Maker with Elegant Font Design - Heat-Resistant - Stainless Steel Plunger and Frame - Great for Brewing Your Morning Coffee in Style is such an amazing product. I feel like I am in another country drinking exquisite coffee. I really enjoy using this coffee maker. It is far from the traditional, I can make espresso, americano, or any other style coffee to my liking with this coffee maker. I really enjoy coffee and love to see the grids get
I had to switch to cold brew coffee to try to reduce acidity and reflux. I bought this on recommendation of a family member. I love how easy it is to clean out the grounds. I will never consider another brand with a ground filter without a bottom that unscrews. I am on a septic system and should not be getting coffee grounds into my drain. I pull a paper towel through the filter after getting most of the grounds out in the garbage can. So easy. I only like hot coffee. I add about a third mug of

I have been drinking ice coffee exclusively for about 15 years and buy whole beans and grind with a burr grinder. I had the queen of ice coffee makers (OXO) for many many years. It worked well even after my daughter knocked it off the counter and cracked the bottom part of the brewing container. After many years it has started to leak; the seals have worn away. I was looking for another iced coffee maker that could make about 32 Oz of dark concentrate iced coffee. I tried. Few of the infusion ty
Always owned a typical coffeemaker since out on my own buying them again after they would quit on me. That seemed to happen too soon this time so took the plunge into an European style brewer. And I will never go back. I had to experiment with steeping times, but soon found my strength and now set a timer. Its totally perfect each time, and delicious with an regular brand, nothing fancy. This was affordable and works like a charm. Happy to own it.
After replacing two Zulay milk frothers in one year, life time warranty or not, I decided Im not down with that disposable life. Upon scouring Reddit for quality long lasting milk frothers for home, and willing to spend around $100 for something decent, I came across many barista who used a French press. To froth milk!Watch some videos, its pretty simple, and while its more to clean than the handheld frothers, it also makes a much better, silky, fine froth that, if I knew how, would lend itse
For a single 12 oz serving of coffee, the Ovente is a great little french press..I especially like that it is sturdy glass..not hard plastic! - A lot of large glass french press carafes are easily broken..not this one! - much thicker glass keeps this carafe from easy breakage. - Flavor of coffee is excellent out of this press! Only one problem that I see. - The screen that filters out the coffee grounds is a bit wiggy...They supply an extra one w/ your purchase but because these screens are rela
This coffee, as it' name suggests, is smooth and sweet and makes an excellent coffee concentrate. The grind is perfect for cold brew and it doesn't have a lot of fine grounds because it is micro sifted. I don't know about you, but one of the biggest pains when making cold brew is the silt that gets through your filter. Depending on your method of brewing, this alleviates a lot of that because of the extra step they take. Good stuff and worth the price of admission. I think it should be called b
This is a review for the Blonde Roast. I was looking for a change to my usual dark roast menu that forms nearly 90% of my coffee consumption, But you know how it is, after a while you want a little variety not just in brand, but flavor after discovering this from Wink, my dark roasts have been growing stale as I keep reaching for this instead. I normally brew my coffees with a coffee press, though I have a number of methods that I will make use of depending on mood, ranging from my keurig, to a
It is excellent cold bean coffee that is so fresh! The flavor is delicious & not bitter. I love it & highly recommend!!
This is our house choice for cold brew beans. The flavor is complex and well-balanced with chocolate notes when brewed for 16-18 hours. Experiment with your brew time to get the exact flavor profile you are seeking. We have been ordering for about a year now and find the quality, roast, and freshness to be consistent. Be aware that these beans do produce quite a bit of papery husk when ground which can be a bit messy. Even so, this is still our favorite coffee hands-down and is worth a bit of cl
First things first - just a sniff of this bag of the beans is all you need. One sniff it all it takes to know this is some incredible coffee, and will be especially so for cold brew. It has such a warm, yet bright aroma, a bit chocolatey, yet still somewhat bold. The bag of beans I received was incredibly fresh, to the point that the beans had that "just roasted" look to them. I would not say that I am a coffee snob, but I like a flavorful cup of coffee, whether it is made with my AeroPress or s
The coffee is always fresh and tastes GREAT. It is nice that they offer reasonably priced good quality, VERY flavorful coffee!!! I like the name too, having lived in SF for many years. Just make sure you order WHOLE BEAN if that' what you want. If you're going to get FRESH ROASTED, you might as well grind it fresh. SMELLS SO GOOD.
My favorite coffee, smooth, not acidic, delicious, all I drink now!
I'd compare this coffee favorably with Peet' Major Dickason' blend, very similar in quality and flavor profile. In my opinion this is better than the Starbuck' French Roast we buy in 2.5lb bags at Costco. It is not quite as dark a roast. It froths nicely when brewed, a sign of freshness. I brew this with Aeropress and it is consistently good. It might work for espresso but I haven't tried it.
This coffee has a good flavor and makes delicious cold brew coffee. I will buy again.
So, first off, I'm a huge fan of good coffee, but this was my first time making coffee completely from scratch. I've been wanting to start drinking coffee in the morning, but I don't like having too much. I'm more of a one cup ever person, because I'm really strict about my caffeine intake, lol. Possibly to a fault there, but that' more of a personal thing...I got this coffee with a new grinder and an Aeropress all in the same box on the same day, so this was literally my first time using any o
First, notice that you're buying a FULL POUND of coffee here - not the 12 oz. bags everybody else sells you. So, you're really getting your money' worth buying Birch Glen. Most of all, though, this stuff is the best-tasting amaretto coffee I've ever found. I've been buying this coffee for quite awhile now; but it' suddenly not available... What happened
Perfect for a single cup of coffee. Picked this up for my wife who loves coffee but wasnt getting what she wanted off her Keurig. She uses it everyday and is enjoying her coffee once again.
Long story short: This thing is simple and amazing, and even using pre-ground beans (Bizzy Cold Brew, most recently) gave us 2-3 mugs of that delicious nectar of life with only a few minutes of prep and an overnight in the fridge. If you want quick, easy cold brew, this is a great way to go.Long story longer: I purchased this bottle to make cold brew around 6 month ago. I am a bit of a coffee nerd (at least for the science of making coffee, even if my taste palette is still a work in progress).
Looks great, works well with my brewers, love this thing. If you get this server and are confused why the list doesn't fit (the silicone just rolls over itself), just get it wet a little bit like you would when you have hot coffee in there generating steam. I almost returned this thing because of that. One minor complaint, the handle can get slippery when you either have slightly oily hands (eating food while brewing you and your S/O' coffee on a busy morning), or you re-use it and only put it t
Carafe arrived undamaged. Works really well, no cracking issues when using hot water for initial steep. Much easier to clean than carafes that use a basket.
As a self-professed coffee snob, I'm always searching for a "better method" to brew coffee. The term "better" includes both ease-of-use and the ability to control the brew time. Admittedly, I've bought many different gadgets including french presses, pour-overs, percolators, cold-brew contraptions, and even two different iterations of the Aeropress (regular and large versions). When I read about the Clever Coffee Dripper, I was sceptical. However, it was apparent this brewing system would give me
Works great. Easy to clean. Pours quick.

Compact size, good water capacity and it makes great strong coffee. I returned the "Slim" model because the coffee was weak. Pass on the "Multistream Technology" models, you get much results with the Strong Brew Button.
Ive had a lot of coffee makers recently. I am the only one that drinks coffee in my house. A one cup maker is really important to me. Recently, the competition one cup makers are expensive and are awful. They break within a year. Coffee is NOT hot. Leak everywhere. Coffee grinds in each cup made.My friend kept saying how much she LOVES her Hamilton Beach Flexbrew. So I bought it on cyber Monday. Id had it with my POS Keurig. This coffee maker is AMAZING. Its hot. The single cup brewing syst
As a coffee enthusiast with limited counter space, finding the perfect single-serve coffee maker has always been a challenge C until I discovered the Keurig K-Mini Single Serve. This sleek and compact machine has revolutionized my morning routine, combining convenience with exceptional flavor to deliver a truly satisfying coffee experience. Allow me to share why the Keurig K-Mini has become an indispensable part of my daily life.First and foremost, the Keurig K-Mini' compact design is a game-ch
This coffee maker brews a fast tumbler of coffee. The tumbler keeps the coffee hot and it fits perfectly in the car cup holder. Great product and price! Highly recommend!!
Brews fast, great pitcher with no spills and very easy to use!!!! Love it
The Mr. Coffee coffee maker arrived promptly. Hassle free, takes up minimal counter space, great product. Thank you, very much!
The coffee machine arrived loosely wrapped in bubble wrap. The filter was already inside the cartridge. The reservoir was cracked and the machine wouldn't come on. The lid of the reservoir was taped down with packing tape instead of those little strips. I had originally thought it must've been dropped by the carrier but when the replacement arrived it came in the Keurig box inside the Amazon Box which led me to believe the first one was used. The Five Stars are for Amazon and it' quick replacem
Last machine of this particular brand finally just up and died after around 12 or 14 years of faithful service so I purchased the same brand again with only one complaint to speak of. Filler port is inadequate, doesnt accept water at moderate speeds and can cause spillover. Other than that it delivers a piping hot pot of excellent coffee just as did the older model..For my needs & purposes I give this machine a 9.9 of 10
I am not a coffee snob. I drink it with milk. I use Folgers decaf. I refuse to grind my own beans. I prefer to let billion-dollar multinational corporations do the grinding for me. I used to plop three heaping tablespoons of Folgers into a cut-open plastic jug and pour my reverse-osmosis filtered water over it. Then I put it my microwave for 14 minutes. I drained the coffee through a Brawny paper towel into a 30oz Balfor thermal mug I got on Amazon. OK, so a bit savage and feral, but I didn't wa
I used to have another coffee maker for years. I though thought it did what it was supposed to do and coffee was coffee. When I would go to measure out the coffee for the morning brew, I would just eyeball it and make coffee. Coffee was coffee, rightA few weeks ago the coffee maker I didn't think much about because it did its job decided to stop working. It could have been sabotaged by my girlfriend who "cleaned" it, but dead none the less. Like with any appliance or object that needs to be rep
it' been quite a while since I've purchased a coffee machine. for the longest time, i was drinking french press or using my chemex to do pour over which both yield a delicious cup of coffee to be sure, but sometimes I want some coffee and don't want to have to deal with that whole ritual for whatever brewing method. especially during the work week, adding an extra half hour to the morning routine. I purchased this machine so i could dump some fresh ground in the top before bed, set a timer and
It is a good option for us because it does a great job roasting the coffee beans - and is super easy to use. As long as we follow the instructions and only roast 70 grams of beans or less, then it does a fantastic job. The beans are so evenly roasted that it is impressive... I was very surprised by how well it roasts. It obviously does not give you fine controls like a more expensive roaster provides. But I don't need that. I just want to push the 1 button and 20 minutes later have my roasted be
This is now the second Hamilton Beach coffee maker I've had and I have to say the ease of use and the taste of the coffee and the general quality of these machines so far is unsurpassed for me. This past Christmas I decided to replace my still working not having any problems Hamilton Beach because it had hard water stains and it was going on a few years so I thought I was upgrading. Boy was I wrong I bought a GE coffee maker which started malfunctioning within a week of use so I decided to retur
Ive roasted in cast iron pan, a drum inside a rotisserie machine and a ceramic Nuvo stove top toaster. The Nuvo is the best for small batches, but this roaster is best for larger batches. I find I can get a very consistent roast with 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound by using the same roasting profile over and over.It does take a little longer than the frying pan, but you dont have to stand there stirring constantly. Also, the smoke and chaff is much more manageable. All in all, a cost effective way to roa
I started roasting coffee years ago, progressing from the cowboy method of holding a moving pan over a cooktop, to a popcorn popper, a hot air professional/home roaster and now this. Like everything in life, your rewards come from diligent attention to preparation! Having a grounded experience with roasting coffee, I believe the important criteria is whether the roaster can get hot enough to roast and is there a fast cool off when roasting is done.So this is how I use this machine, applicable to
The most important thing a coffee maker needs to do is brew great coffee. This machine is shockingly good in that regard! Took it out of the box, washed it up, and ran a couple cycles of water through it to flush it out. Ground some French roast at a medium-fine setting (25 on my Rancilio Rocky) put two scoops of coffee in, filled the water reservoir, and two minutes later I was enjoying a really great cup of coffee. I usually drink Aeropress, occasionally Chemex or V60 pour over. The coffee fro
Since I've started roasting and following the guidelines on how many coffee beans I can use at a time, the roaster continues to stick even though I'm well within the optimum level of coffee gramsThis is really frustrating as I have to stand over it to watch it. And once it' stopped I have to give it a shake so it can resume. The machine was purchased to roast coffee. The brand-new machine (or so I thought) is sticking. I started off with 400 grams, it was sticking for an entire roast.
Excellent coffee bean cooler! I roast with a Quest M3s; this machine cools the beans much faster, with much less bean stirring, than using Quest' setup of putting the drop box into the back fan compartment. It also simplifies the process of doing multiple roasts, one after the other.I compared this Dyvee machine to the Jiawanshun cooler. I was biased toward the Jiawanshun because of the separate chaff tray, but there was really no comparison. The Dyvee is solid, fan is much more powerful, tray
I love this contraption! It' not exactly expensive or complicated, but that means that this roaster will function indefinitely and there are few things that can go wrong.Negatives:- This does require some basic assembly, no tools required. Make sure that you put the lock washer on the nut that holds the crank handle, or else it'll loosen each time you rotate the basket.- The basket can be a little tricky to align and reattach with the base unit.- This also requires an open flame of some kind.-
After reading the reviews on this again after having this for several months now, Im a little shocked.I have had no problems with mine, I purchased the black one (no picture cause I didnt want to get up for one). Both hot and cold functions work just fine and its very easy to use.I have yet to use the kcup way cause I didnt know what to get and honestly came to the reviews to see what others have used. Which made me write this review cause I genuinely like my coffee maker. Its so simple and
I love that it brews hot coffee quickly with a lot of options for size and strength of brew. It is easy to descale and I love the basket provided for using loose grounds. The only down fall is that it doesnt hold a lot of water. But once you get in the habit of refilling it isnt that big a deal. I love this way better than the overpriced Keurig machines that for us, broke after a year of heavy use.
great coffee great product top quality
Got this in yesterday made a couple of coffees. It was delicious. ButAfter the second cup finished brewing I noticed water on the floor. It was coming out of the base then dripped off the counter. I will update after the replacement arrives in 3 days.Received replacement and works great!

I can finally make a decent 'ize' cup of coffee... and the taste is WAY better than Keurig. If you want a nice 16oz cup of coffee than this will save you alot of money....The basket cleans easy, holds enough coffee for actually taste when making a large cup...the K coffee machine was so annoying... the final straw was it overheating after DeScaling....the only worry I have with this coffee maker is the plastic seems cheap.... the basket lid is already stressed..Wonder how long it will last that

This was easy to use, works quickly, and as much quieter than I expected it to be. Dont get me wrong. Its not silent. After all its grinding coffee beans but for the job that its doing its perfect and seems to be good quality.
I have the Walmart brand version of the single cup coffee maker and purchased this to replace the lost coffee pod holder. It works great for various coffee pods that are Keurig compatible. I'm sure it won't fit every coffeemaker but if you have the Walmart Mainstays version, it should work for you, too. Give it a try!
My wife and I have been using stove top espresso makers off and on for some years. For the last two years, I've been using a stove top espresso maker daily (started out years ago with a Bialetti moka pot, more recently no-name knockoffs). Just over 3 months ago I was shopping a stovetop espresso maker for my wife after her prior one met an unfortunate demise. Since this was going to be a surprise gift, I decided to upgrade to a proper current unit. I combed through some reviews, and Grosche' Mi
So why do I call it the best I have gone through a grand total of 15 grinders prior - some from box stores and some from Amazon. Some didn't grind at all. Some did grind, but their little heart wasn't in it. Some were a comedy of errors and others were just cumbersome. All in all, not one was worth the price tag until this one entered my life. I love it so much, that even if it died tomorrow, I wouldn't be mad, mainly because I already bought another one and have it in back up.I think the impor
I have researched these things for hours before deciding to buy this unit. Here are my findings:There are three units that were in the running (ordered by price):a. Bodum Bistro Electric Burr Coffee Grinder (the unit on this page and the one I ultimately bought and am very happy with) - $89.99b.
Bought this as gift for my Dad. We have one as well and it works great. We only us it for grinding coffee so it works great and will last a while. The size is perfect for countertops and it has pretty good power for it' size.
This grinder is a great price and a good size. It does the work required, but nothing fancy.
If you want a trouble free coffee grinder that is quiet, quick, and easy to use, consistent grinds, with very little mess, and easy to clean, then this is it. Your coffee grinding PTSD will be eliminated. I have used less expensive grinders than this Kitchen Aid, including a $20 Kitchen Aid, that was slow, loud, and difficult to clean. This grinder can be easily set for expresso, drip, and pour over. It has a slid for grind size that can be quickly set and a fine tuning dial to set the number of
